If you practice one of these modalities you may be subject to a higher insurance rate, however if you practice other IICT approved Natural Therapies plus Beauty Therapy for example, and spend no more than half of your time working as a Beauty Therapist you are still eligible for the standard rates, plus up to a 25% premium. Although the IICT prides itself on our extensive list of approved modalities there are some which are excluded as they are considered risk modalities for insurance purposes.
